In DNA nanopore sequencing, a sequence of length $n$ over an alphabet of size $q$ is being read by a sliding window of length $\ell$, where from each window we obtain only its composition. In this talk, I introduce our recent results about codes correcting errors in this channel and discuss open questions left.
嘉宾简介:余文俊,2021年毕业于中国科学技术大学,目前于以色列本古里安大学从事博士后研究工作。余文俊的研究领域为编码理论(分布式存储、DNA存储等)和组合图论,现已完成11篇学术论文,相关成果发表在IEEE Transactions on Information Theory、European Journal of Combinatorics、Journal of Combinatorial Theory, Series A、Designs, Codes and Cryptography等国内外知名期刊上。
